If I did not run 40- 50 miles a week would I still eat Rocky Road Ice Cream?
While purchasing ice cream today, some people (note more than one) commented...that if they had legs like mine they would be buying ice cream as well. Now I wonder if I had been morbidly obese would they have felt that it was okay to comment on a strangers consumption of ice cream...
Then again Rush Limbaugh said today.... that exercise only increases your appetite and that is why he has lost 82 pounds without any exercise and when he did exercise by "golfing" he gained 2 pounds. I cannot even begin to comment on that... I must end before I delete his words :)
