I could dwell on the fact that I cannot run due to my injury... but in my walk to see exactly how far I can go on this ankle , the fresh air really made me feel good. I will have to do a little in the morning and a little in the evening but... I will get back out there.
I have been reading blogs and watching vlogs and I am so not in the league to even call myself a blogger. However, I like this and after I write it is akin to after I exercise...it is like one really long and deep and healthy breathe of the freshest air.
