Life happens...

I had done what I consider pretty well, with posting on a regular basis. Then, life happened !!!

I am not so busy that I cannot sit down and write what is on my mine on a daily basis, if I can find the time to run for 90 minutes a day , I should be able to sit still long enough to share a thought or two. I think that if writing my blog were as rewarding and self indulgent as running is... I would be able to carve out the time.

However currently it is not.

I do have a thought today, (12:50 am). If you are not getting ANYTHING from an action... why would you continue to do the action.???

Can someone explain that to me.
